Homelab Health is a personal app used by one person, who has given her explicit consent. It is not available to anyone else.
Through the Google Health API, with read-only permission: activity and fitness (steps, exercise sessions, active minutes), sleep (duration, timing, stages), health metrics and measurements (resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, weight, body fat) and nutrition (logged food, calories, protein).
With write-only permission, it adds exercise sessions (gym workouts and runs she has logged in another app) and body measurements (weight and body-fat readings) to her Fitbit. A write-only permission can only add data and change or delete what this app itself added. It cannot change or delete anything her Fitbit recorded.
It does not request location, ECG, reproductive-health or profile data. It collects nothing beyond the data listed above, uses no analytics or advertising, and does not sell, share or transfer data to anyone. The data is used only to plan and review her training, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data is fetched on demand and stored on a private home server that only the app's developer can access. The access token is stored there too, in a file that is never published.
She can withdraw access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request, anything stored from her account is deleted.
